The Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University's Biscayne Bay Campus sought to enhance their recruitment and admissions initiatives by providing an immersive virtual experience for prospective students. Through aerial 360-degree views, detailed interior and exterior shots, we captured every aspect of the school's facilities, including fully operational kitchen labs, the Wine Spectator Restaurant Management Lab, and the Southern Wine and Spirits Beverage Management Center.

The Results

Since its launch, the Chaplin School virtual tour has achieved remarkable success, with 89,000 interactions to date. Prospective students can not only explore the campus but also complete application forms directly within the tour, making it a powerful recruitment tool.
